Mike I tried the link and looked around but I didnt find any 2" diameter x 1" wide wheels. I did find a 2"x2" idler wheel that might work for but its not arched any to aline up the belt. I guess i might not need the wheel to be arched. I'm new to all this and might be using the wrong terminology...

Guys im looking for a couple of wheels to make a 1"x30" or maybe 1"x42" belt sharpener. The wheels need to be 2" in diameter x 1" thick. one will need to fit a 5/8" shaft and be keyed. the other will need to have bearings in it and i think have a 1/2" id. i called the guys at Beaumont Metal...
