I needed a hobby to get away from the computer. Having a family member who enjoys knife making and who was willing to mentor me, I set up a work station in my garage and started my knife making hobby. Forging is now an added element to my knife making and I'm working on creating my own style and learning the art of handcrafting knives and sheaths.
