My personal opinion would be to either not have thong tube or to have only one at the rear of the knife. Whichever one doesn't have a thong in it is just going to fill up with mud, blood, etc.

Those are great looking knives. You always have the best looking bolsters. The fit, finish and the shaping is always perfect. Have you done a tutorial on how you get them to look the way you do? I am about to go and look.
