Scott, these are 52100. I usually use a2 for every thing I make, but I think 52100 is a bit more appropriate for this application.

Brandon, I did the same thing with my platen, but I wish I wouldn't have bothered. I think the ceramic tile is one of those false economy things. Better to just get a hard glass or hard steel to begin with and be done with it. My grinds were of until I replaced it with a glass liner from Tracy.

If it makes you feel any better, I went outside last night about 2230 and worked for about 1 1/2 hours because it was the only time I could steal away. It was negative 5F and my hater was out of diesel! Kind of dumb, but I was getting stir crazy.
