Its about 1/8in. and probably 1.5in. wide.

Ok guys need some help... Tried the forge today and it wouldn't get the metal red hot. It got it hot just not hot enough. The hole in the side may be to small its less than 1inch. Or it could be something else. Any advice??? Thanks.
