I have heard of people chucking a piece of 1/4" rod in the drill press and spinning in to both sides of the place they want to drill a hole to soften the steel. The friction heats just where you need it. Someone else might be able to tell if it works. Ed

I have this question as well. Could you mill it and at the worst do a very little hand sanding? Ed

I like the flow. Each part is a part of the whole. The handle is fancy and so are all of the other pieces. But because of the flow, they work in union without any thing to distract the eye. It all flows into one beautiful knife. Ed
